Responsibilities Include:

  • Accountable for the provision of nursing care within the assigned GI endoscopy areas of the surgery center.
  • Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with instructions of physician and facility administrative procedures.
  • If working in the procedure room, directs patient care within a GI suite; responsible for administering physician directed IV conscious sedation during procedures as needed and for monitoring the patient’s condition and vital signs.
  • Participates in various quality activities as appropriate and as directed by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

  • Current in-state RN License
  • One (1) year of experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States
